Steve Pomroy qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2004 after a lifetime of fitness training and playing sports. He is 51 and specialises in training mature adults:

At their home
At his home
Using the great outdoors

He rarely trains clients in the gym, but can if this is a requirement.

While his focus is the over 50 age group, he does train many younger people too.

So, whether you want to get fit, lose weight, change your shape, stop your body ageing, or simply improve your lifestyle, Steve can help.
